What are the technical requirements?
Libretto works best with Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 5.0 or better. Otherwise, there are no other hardware requirements. You will also need Adobe’s free acrobat viewer software to view PDF files, and Microsoft Word 2000 or better (or compatible word processing software) to edit those documents available in MS Word format.

How many forms are available?
Libretto includes over 300 documents: policies, procedures, forms, templates, checklists etc. All are available from the detailed recommendation to which they apply (click any recommendation summary to view the detailed recommendation), or through the forms library.

What is the deal with the Agent 77 store?
The Agent 77 store is a place for non-Libretto users to purchase individual forms and toolkits. If you already have a Libretto subscription that includes access to all forms, you can download any form you need from the Forms Library within Libretto free of charge, and purchase toolkits through the Agent 77 store.

What kind of communication will I get from Libretto?
Our primary means of communication with our clients is through e-mail. As part of your Libretto subscription, you will receive periodic updates and notifications about changes to the regulations and forms covered by Libretto. If you have downloaded a form and regulatory change causes an update to the form, we will tell you about it and provide a link for you to download the updated form. You will also receive information about promotions and offers on toolkits and partnered products via e-mail.

How secure is my information?
We understand how important security is to our clients. We use SSL certificates for all financial transactions. In addition, our server has industry-standard security provisions including a firewall, virus protection, data backups and password protection. We do ask that you do your part to help secure your data by not sharing your password with anyone else.

What is Agent 77’s license like?
Libretto is covered by Agent 77’s license (click here to see a copy) which all users are asked to agree to during the registration process. Please read it carefully. All Agent 77 products are also covered by United Stated Copyright protection. We encourage companies to make necessary copies of the forms they have access to for their own internal use, including multi-site use if applicable. It is explicitly prohibited, however, to make copies for anyone outside of the subscribing company or to use Libretto to provide consulting for another company unless that company has a license of their own.

How long does it take to go through Libretto?
How long you spend with Libretto depends on how you want to use it. In about 5 minutes you can answer a few questions, see the recommendations and print off the forms and policies related to them. If you want to spend an hour, you can probably fully complete several categories, including answering all the questions, understanding all the recommendations, and downloading all the forms. A full-blown assessment with all 100 issues included might take a couple of hours to complete the questions, with an additional couple of hours to go through the recommendations and print off forms.

The good news is, Libretto always remembers where you leave off so you can do as much as you have time for, then easily pick up where you left off. Be sure to check off the recommendations as you complete them, so you always know where you are on your “to do” list.
